Danielle Touchton relocated with her husband Darrell and two children, Alex and McKenna, to Coeur d’Alene in 2003 from Southeast Arizona. Because of their love for the outdoors, her and her husband of over 30 years feel like raising their children in a community like Coeur d’Alene has been a dream come true. Coeur d’Alene has great values, a small town feel and something to do in every season. Her grown children are now married and all continue to enjoy the Northwest lifestyle.
In 2005, Danielle started her real estate career where she worked in the commercial division of a real estate office. After learning commercial real estate, office management, property management and residential real estate, she joined Associated Brokers in 2008. Danielle liked the idea of bringing a personal touch back to real estate and working closely with individual brokers who have a long history in real estate. Personalized service is her specialty and real estate is her passion. Finding the perfect home for people is very rewarding and meeting great people is an added bonus. Danielle specializes in residential, residential acreage, residential waterfront, first time home buyers, relocation, land and commercial and looks forward to meeting new clients and transplants from all over.
